Susy Lanteigne-Lyons
Life rarely moves in a straight line. Often, we find ourselves navigating competing currents as we try to balance our emotional well-being, life transitions, and the daily demands of a busy world. I founded Interwoven Currents Wellness Therapy to provide a compassionate, grounding space where you can safely explore these shifts and find your baseline again.
My approach to therapy is holistic and deeply collaborative. I believe that true wellness isn’t about fixing a single isolated issue. Instead, it is about looking at how the different areas of your life, including your mind, body, and environment, are interwoven. Together, we will gently unpack the challenges you are facing, identify your natural strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater ease and clarity.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by stress, navigating a major life change, or simply looking to cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace, I am here to walk alongside you.

My Journey Begins
Interwoven Currents Wellness Therapy started from my passion for a holistic, patient-centered approach to wellness. Recognizing the need for a space where comprehensive care and compassion meet, I established this practice to support your path to well-being.
My Therapeutic Approach
Every person is unique, which is why therapy should never be a one-size-fits-all framework. My practice is grounded in a Culturally Responsive and Socially Just (CRSJ) counselling model. This means I honor your unique background, identity, and cultural worldview, while actively recognizing how broader social and systemic contexts impact your well-being. By interweaving your innate strengths with evidence-based psychology practices, we will collaborate to create lasting, meaningful change.
